Position
Parfums Christian Dior is seeking a National Education Manager to lead the brand’s education strategy and training execution across Australia and New Zealand. Reporting to the Commercial Director, this key leadership role is responsible for developing, planning, and executing comprehensive training programs that align with Dior’s commercial priorities and elevate the performance and service of our Beauty Consultants. The role also leads a national training team and oversees the department budget.
This is a high-impact role suited to an experienced trainer with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the retail environment, and a passion for inspiring and empowering teams.
Job responsibilities
- Adapt regional education strategy to the local market and execute in line with marketing and sales objectives.
- Lead the design and delivery of training programs (classroom and field) focused on product knowledge, service, and people development.
- Ensure consistent execution of Dior’s brand speech and service excellence at point of sale.
- Manage, coach and develop the national training team (Area Trainers and Training Coordinator).
- Conduct regular field visits and coaching, with a focus on Top Doors.
- Oversee department administration including budget tracking, reporting, and presentation development.
- Maintain and enhance digital learning tools and platforms used across the business.
- Champion a positive team culture and high-performance environment through clear communication and feedback.
Profile
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in training, ideally in luxury and/or beauty retail.
- At least 1–2 years of leadership experience, with demonstrated ability to manage and motivate teams.
- A proven track record in building and executing training strategy, with strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience working with KPIs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High emotional intelligence and agility to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
