ROLE PURPOSE: Working as a key member of the Professional Education team, providing administrative support for the development, technical management, quality assurance and delivery of a range of high quality, contemporary online professional education offerings.
- Coordinate Online Education Events – Manage logistics, liaise with stakeholders, and ensure seamless execution.
- Stay Agile in a Fast-Paced Environment – Prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
- Drive Results & Innovation – Take initiative, seek growth opportunities, and own tasks with a positive attitude.
- Manage LMS & Education Tech – Oversee CRM integration, implement business processes, and optimise platforms.
- Provide Technical Support – Assist with live webinars, workshops, and troubleshooting.
- Respond to Enquiries – Monitor and address participant and presenter questions.
- Enhance Learner Experience – Identify and apply tech solutions to improve learning outcomes.
- Develop LMS Content – Support video editing, graphics, and content creation.
- Deliver Data-Driven Insights – Collate data to contribute to high-quality reporting and evaluations.
- Engage in Team Collaboration – Actively participate in meetings and team planning.
Essential Criteria
Event & Project Coordination – Proven experience in planning and delivering events, projects, or professional development activities.
Strong Organisational Skills – Excellent time management and attention to detail.
Problem-Solving Mindset – High level of initiative with a focus on process improvement.
Education Technology Proficiency – Experience with Zoom, Microsoft applications (Teams, Outlook, Excel), LMS, and CRM platforms.
Customer-Focused Approach – Committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Effective Communication – Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Process Improvement – Ability to identify and implement business process enhancements.
Data Analysis & Reporting – Skilled in collecting, analysing data, and creating clear reports.

Team Player & Independent Worker – Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously.
