About The Role
As a Employability Consultant in the University’s Careers Hub Team, you will be part of a highly experienced team, focused on working with students to provide career advice and coaching support to assist them in securing new opportunities, work experiences and employment. You will be seeking to connect students with meaningful job opportunities while also fostering the development of robust talent pools.
As part of the broader Careers Education and Employment team, you will collaborate closely with Career Consultants and Industry Engagement Officers to provide students with the most comprehensive resources. These resources will empower students to succeed not only in applying for roles but also in achieving their long-term career aspirations.
This is a full-time continuing position at an HEP 6 classification, salary range $88,691 (per annum) - $96,001 (per annum) plus 17% superannuation, working 36.75 (1.0 FTE) hours per week. This role is being offered on a hybrid working arrangement.

About You
Yu will need to have:
- Expertise in a career development, employability or graduate recruitment.
- Demonstrated experience in the coaching and/or provision of employability advice to post-secondary students.
- Proven ability to navigate various communication styles and build strong connections within a diverse team, promoting a cohesive and supportive atmosphere
