Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced, progressive and energetic Part-TimeEvents Supervisor to join our team. This hands-on-role would be the perfect fit for a customer focused individual who is extremely organised, has a strong eye for detail and can demonstrate a high level of event execution for weddings, special in-house events, celebrations and meetings.
Reporting to the Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for all event operational matters from event set-up, delivery of the event, to pack-down and getting ready for the next one! You will have exceptional communication skills being the go-to person on event day - being the client contact, supervising team members and being the liaison person between the kitchen team and front of house.
The Role
The part-time role will work closely with the Event Coordinator to ensure the operational delivery of all aspects of events within The Imperial at Clifton. The successful candidate will be the point of contact for all events and functions providing outstanding customer service and operational delivery.
Based at The Imperial at Clifton, in this role you will be responsible for:
- Liaising with both internal and external customers to ensure event specifications are executed to requirements – the planning, delivery and execution of all events.
- Ensure all function spaces are presented and ready for the next show-case.
- Maintain all event stock and equipment areas.
- The timely and accurate distribution of all event related information to internal and external stakeholders.
- The operational delivery of key events including working evenings and weekends, as required.
- Delivery of a dynamic events schedule.
This role will also include completing Event Coordinator duties when the Event Coordinator is on leave.
